Summary of Job Responsibility
The Warehouse Officer has primary responsibility to support Supervisor in monitoring, analysis and develop warehouse activity (delivery, shipment, receipts, issuance, storage, placement, protection of all material & equipment, maintain facilities) and program related warehouse program in are of charge. This position is responsible to monitor and control operational activity suitable plan and budget related warehouse. The position will also make and give suggest, practice, training and customer support function and supervise people activity in area responsibility. This position will support effectively and efficiency warehouse operational, improving in warehouse administration activity, develop and to implement warehouse process and procedure for project and procurement activity responsibility.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor and control warehouse activities base on warehouse management system, in order suitable warehouse operational effective and efficiency and procurement policy.
- Analyze and develop warehouse facilities which involves planning and directing the shipment, receipt, storage and issuance of material and equipment, base on procurement planning, in order suitable plan of supply chain and effective warehouse operational
- Develop, implement and maintain inventory system control, base on SOP and ware house information system existing (SAP), in order suitable procurement plan and warehouse data validation.
- Monitor, analyze and control on variety, quality and desired stock levels of required stock item; recommends items to be added or deleted from the inventory system, base on confer with purchasing staff, in order suitable effective and efficiency of warehouse facilities and warehouse management system.
- Control, analyze and participate in the preparation and maintenance of document not limit to, delivery manifest, stock pick tickets and credit memos for returned material to ensure accurate records of activities.
- Plan, analyze and control schedules for delivery, delivery routes as well as schedule of preventive maintenance on delivery truck fleet and equipment to ensure efficient operation facilities and equipment.
- Monitor, coordinate and participate in special and schedule warehouse material inventories as required.
- Assist and support in control and monitor activities, base on plan and budget, in order suitable effectively and efficiency warehouse management system for benefit and goal of company.
- Participate in select and find out supplier and/or subcontractor for quotation inquiry all things considered for our company based on Procurement Section Manager or Assistant Manager’s instructions related warehouse management system.
- Analyze, evaluate and maintain standard document based on government and company rules for auditing and evaluation etc.
- Control and make acceptance arrangement by conferring with the related section and or forwarder to get rid of miss delivery.
- Monitor and analyze the delivery date by confirmation to supplier and/ or forwarder, besides, expedites as the need arises to receive the goods as contract. To make measures to prevent the delay of delivery if needed.
- Prepare and makes the monthly report to know the result of Procurement job by SAP System.
- Plan, control and monitor sale the scrap and company assets that were purchased by Procurement Section base on Procurement Section Manager or Assistant Manager Instructions.
- Prepare data and information for report important jobs to Assistant Manager or Section Manager timely.
- Control and guide warehouse staff to execute and improve warehouse jobs by On Job Training.
- Plan, monitor and analyze follow up and make measure about claim and corrective action of supplier and/ or subcontractors to prevent suffering loss.
- Analyze and control the all procurement document to do proper procurement jobs.
- Confer, propose, persuade and/or guide the other section and/or division when the occasion demands regarding the important procurement jobs for suitable Standard Quality Assurance and benefit of company.
- Monitoring in section safety organization and enhance safety activity according to section policy in order to achieve zero accident of section employee and supplier/ subcontractors.
- Monitor and participate QSHE activity of section in order to achieve Quality, Environmental and safety target of company (check and control the all procurement documents).
- Play a fixed role on emergency according to factory’s integrated organization on emergency in order to take quick and suitable measures.
- Act as an effective team member in supporting quality, disciplines, decision and practice.
- Support Supervisor to improve atmosphere and environment of work place by cooperating with related persons in order to create active, bright and discipline division.
- Support Supervisor by intimate communication with other section in order to manage division activity smoothly.
- Practice of Corporate Compliance in work life and environmental
- Prepare data and information to make report summary of section current condition and achieve of target to Section Manager by periodical report etc, and ask instruction and advise in order to match section policy to division policy.
- Perform other tasks that are assigned by Supervisor or Ass. Manager.
