Position Structure

Summary of Job Responsibility

        The Logistic Supervisor has the primary responsibility for coordinate all logistic operation management and activities to ensure the efficient, economical and safe operation and/ or performance distributing and storing finished product, raw materials and packaging materials related production in Manufacturing 2 Division. This position is responsible direct subordinates to execute operational related Logistic Section. This position will execute effectively and efficiency logistic operational, direct subordinate to improvement logistic operation, execute distribution/ storing process and procedure for internal function and external relation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Support Logistic section Manager making logistic budget by preparing adequate data and documents.
  2. Coordinate Logistic achievement within approved budget by analyzing realization of its achievement and/or problems and improve Logistic activities and take a proper countermeasure under the supervision of Logistic Section Manager.
  3. Present the monthly budget realization in FAM budget meeting in order to monitor and control the Logistic activities with budget.
  4. Execute Logistic activities according to Logistic yearly plan and/or target by Supervising direct subordinates.
  5. Conduct the meeting with sub-contractor and other related Section or third parties to maintain stable operation and an efficient transportation and make minutes.
  6. Control TPA balance to maintain an economical and efficient distribution and storage of finished production by checking result of production and delivery, by confirming delivery instruction from Marketing Section and production plan, and by considering transportation capability.
  7. Make a plan of transfer to stock-point to execute an efficient distribution by considering proper storage space, and by considering transportation capability.
  8. Issue the delivery order in accordance with delivery instruction from Marketing Section by confirming ON product checked with products quality table issued by Quality Assurance (TPA) section under the supervision of Logistic Section Manager.
  9. Responsible for issuing ‘SURAT JALAN’ in according with delivery instruction from Marketing Section by checking with delivery order.
  10. Control packing material and raw material balance to maintain stable and economical operation by checking receiving and storage condition, and by confirming consumption plan.
  11. Responsible for issuing purchase request to Raw material section in JHO according to packing material and raw material balance under the supervision of Logistic Section Manager.
  12. Responsible for checking all documents reported from sub-contractor or related section to ensure the logistic achievement properly.
  13. Supervise all records and training to meet with ISO 9002 standard by giving the input to direct subordinates what it suppose to file orderly.
  14. Control SAP system and SD system inputted by subordinates.
  15. Implement the safety patrol in FAM to keep all facilities related to Logistic activities in proper condition.
  16. Develop and recommend improvements in current procurement procedures to efficiency.
  17. Maintain necessary records, request, and files for efficient administration control.
  18. Supervise subordinates to improve their achievement.
  19. Assist PET Logistic job and consider total MCCI Logistic job’s efficiency.
  20. Direct subordinates execute QSHE activity of section in order to achieve Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental target of company.
  21. Play a fixed role on emergency according to factory’s integrated organization on emergency in order to take quick and suitable measures.
  22. Act as an effective leader or team member in supporting quality, disciplines, decision and practice.
  23. Support Assistant Manager to improve atmosphere and environment of work place by cooperating with related person in order to create active, bright, and discipline division.
  24. Support Assistant Manager by intimate communication with other section in order to manage division activity smoothly.
  25. Perform the personal management of all subordinates.
  26. Practice and socialization of Corporate Compliance in work life and environmental.
  27. Perform other special task as assigned by Section Manager
