Position Structure

Summary of Job Responsibility

Has the primary responsibility to assisting General Affair Supervisor in planning and execute implementation operational support activities such as Transportation, Uniform and attribute, change house facility, safety  in General Affair Section. This position will support create effectively and efficiency Operational support operational, create improvement Operational Support program and service, review and supervise  process and procedure for internal function or external relation

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Support General Affair Supervisor in planning and budget (Transportation, Change house facility, Uniform and attribute, Safety) base on General Affair Strategic and section plan in order suitable company goal effectiveness.
  2. Execute in Operational Support activities such as Transportation, Uniform and attribute, change house facility, and safety activities base on planning and budget, in order suitable effective company’s operation.
  3. Execute and implement of SOP base on General Affair management system, suitable company policy.
  4. Execute General Affair information system and implementation in Operational Support base on SAP management information system suitable General Affair Policy and company goal effectiveness.
  5. Assist in making monthly Budget report base on annual budget plan and program, in order suitable effectively and efficiency management operational and company objective.
  6. Execute and assist in supervise and handling the car rental provider relationship base on company policy and government regulation, in order suitable company objective.
  7. Assist searching and selection car rental provider base on standard requirement and company policy in order suitable management operational effectively and efficiency.
  8. Assist evaluate and analyze transportation need and operation base on employee expectation and current condition in order suitable company objective.
  9. Execute and monitor transportation arrangement and scheduling such as Bus schedule, operation car arrangement, car maintenance inspection, etc. base on SOP and company policy in order suitable management operational effectively and efficiency.
  10. Execute Uniform  preparation activities such as making design, search and section of vendor, price survey and, distribution to section base on SOP and standard requirement, in order suitable QSHE Management system.
  11. Execute the administration activities in updating operational support record and filling arrangement to ensure and get an accuracy data base on filing system standard in order suitable management operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  12. Assist and control of supplier/ provider activities and perform related Operational Support base on SOP and company policy, in order suitable standard requirement and QSHE management system.
  13. Execute implementation of General Affair Policy.
  14. Handling costumer need and information (internal or external company) related Office Support by meeting with customer, treatment of costumer information/ complaint, customer satisfaction measurement.
  15. To performance jobs that were assigned by Supervisor and General Affair Section Manager.
  16. Conduct and participate in section safety organization and enhance safety activity according to section policy in order to achieve zero accident of section employee and supplier/ subcontractors.
  17. Execute implementation of  ISO system in General Affair management activities, base on company policy in ISO Management System in order suitable Standard of Quality Management.
  18. Execute and participate 5S activity of section in order to achieve Quality, Environmental and safety target of company.
  19. Execute QSHE activity of section in order to achieve Quality, Environmental and safety target of company (check and control the all administration documents).
  20. Act as an effective team member in supporting quality, disciplines, decision and practice.
  21. Support Supervisor to improve atmosphere and environment of work place by cooperating with related persons in order to create active, bright and discipline division.
  22. Support Supervisor by intimate communication with other section in order manage division activity smoothly.
  23. Make activities monthly report, base on actual activities and plan or budget.
  24. Practice of Corporate Compliance in work life and environmental.
  25. Perform other jobs or special assigned by Supervisor and Section Manager
