Position Structure

Summary of Job Responsibility

Responsible for executing factory for production plan with respect to CTA-PTA processing activities and supervising operators in his shift group to ensure the achievement of production targets within the required standard quality and comply with Quality Management System and Environmental Management System, in accordance with superior instruction and Standard Operational Manual

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and control Operators in his shift groups
  2. Coordinate and execute PTA processing activities and treatment of waste which is generated by processing activities and scheduled by Superior, in accordance with Standard Operational Manual.
  3. Observe PTA facilities operating condition and PTA product quality in order to find out abnormality soon and to keep stable operation and make record and report of them
  4. Give necessary instruction and information to Operators in his shift group.
  5. Perform and implement practical and actual operation as a leader
  6. Report on any PTA processing problems to Officer and/or Supervisor
  7. Make Report and inform to the next shift about PTA processing activities situation and propose required safety treatment sheet for processing/ maintenance work
  8. Make trouble report, when trouble occur and submit to superior punctually
  9. Coordinate with other Process (TPA) Group Leader (GL), UTT GL and QI/MTS (TPA) GL to achieve satisfactory product quality and to keep stable operation
  10. Coordinate and execute group activities (Gemba Kaizen, Hatto Hiyari, Quality Control Circule/QCC, Safety Meeting, Trouble Report Meeting and others activities set as section targets) to improve PTA plant operation and also to increase safety mind. Make a monthly progress/achievement report on its group activities and submit to superior punctually
  11. Keep safety and cleanness (by 5S method) of the PTA plant and people in it
  12. In case emergency trouble (no time to confirm superior), give necessary instruction to Operator and cooperate with related section to keep safe plant and personal condition and inform to Superior soon.
  13. Perform others tasks as assigned by Officer and/or Supervisor
