Position Structure

Summary of Job Responsibility

The technical document controller has the primary responsibility to control technical documentation in engineering section.

         Kind of technical document in engineering section :

  1. MoC
  2. FEC
  3. EWR
  4. P&ID
  5. Isometric Dwg
  6. Package project document (technical study, basic design, detail design, construction and commissioning)
  7. JGC document (facility document)
  8. Purchase Request

 

Engineering drafter has the primary responsibility to make and review design drawing of all modification facilities.

Kind of drawing are :

  1. P&ID
  2. Isometric dwg

Duties and Responsibilities

Register engineering work request

Making P&ID drawing

Assist Making Isometric drawing

Register FEC

5

Issue FEC to related section ( basic design)

6

Submit MoC before planning  to TC section

7

Check/monitor MoC that under circulation (confirm to Pic in TC section)

Filling MoC after return to engineering

Register PR for purchasing material and work

Submit PR to RLT section

Issue FEC to related section (detail design)

Submit MoC before test run/commissioning

Check/monitor MoC  that under cisrculation (confirm to Pi in TC section)

Filling MoC after return to engineering

Submit MoC before start up

15

Record/input final report/as built drawing to EDMS
