Summary of Job Responsibility
The Quality Assurance Supervisor has the primary responsibility for support in execute and implement for development and implementation of QMS to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with internal standard through Quality Assurance Activity. This position responsible to execute develop, monitor and supervise implementation QMS in all related Section by identify, analysis, and monitoring (audit QMS, monitor actual implementation, monitor follow up of non-conformance (CARR and NCR), monitor achievement of target related to QMS, etc). The position will also produce QA support for product produce, practice, training and customer support function. This position will assist create, review and supervise process and procedures for internal function and external relation.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support planning and manage development and implementation of QMS for Company Quality Assurance activities by identify, planning and effective process control system support.
- Produce plan of development and implementation program to Division Manager and related section base on QA Standard and company objective.
- Assist identify and effective process control system to support the development, validation (audit) and on doing manufacture of product and creation of service related QMS.
- Support set Quality Standard and ensure compliance (QA Policies and Procedure) by business process analysis and concept document or system as guideline and base for implementation and achievement appraisal.
- Carry out activity development and implementation of QMS all section by training, supervising and monitoring practice on all section staff or employee related QMS in order to suitable plan and objective.
- Cooperate with section staff or team to action of develop QMS for fluency of development and implementation by meeting, working and communication suitable plan.
- Support control process and to give product quality judgement/ classification appropriate QA Standard.
- Progress report activity and result of implementation QMS to QA Section Manager by report written or direct communication, in order that all progress or problem can monitor by Section Manager.
- Prepare and issue CoA of Product.
- Corrective action to QMS implementation and standard if to happen mistake or deviation base on QA Standard or system.
- Audit to supplier/ vendor for evaluation (raw material and chemical, FCB, transporter and stock point) by monitoring to material and handling material on field base on QA standard and system.
- Handling costumer need (internal company or external company) related QMS by service action, taking problem solving, information follow up suitable costumer expectation in order costumers satisfaction.
- Support costumer information by periodical meeting with costumer, treatment of costumer information/ complaint, costumer satisfaction measurement.
- Continue improvement of costumers service related QMS by improve of service system and service action base on costumer expectation and satisfaction data.
- Support evaluated achievement of target related to quality.
- Support and cooperate in control and monitoring contracts, for outside QMS audit.
