Summary of Job Responsibility

Responsible for managing personal and all activities in QI-MTS (TPA) Section in accordance with Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental Management System (QSHE MS) to ensure achievement of job target / standard quality

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Manage the activities in QI-MTS (TPA) Section by making plan and schedule of yearly activities.
  2. Promote QSHE activities in QI-MTS (TPA) Section by following QSHE Management System.
  3. Issuing the inspection report of final product.
  4. Approve monthly QI-MTS (TPA) activities report by checking and sign it in order to report to top management and MCC Japan.
  5. Plan and perform training for QI-MTS (TPA) member by following the procedure in QSHE management system in order to maintain their capability and perform QI-MTS (TPA) job.
  6. Support the investigation on problem on problem solving related customer complain/information, together with QA Section.
  7. Monitor the implementation of the planned activities in order to support improvement activities in PTA plant and the jobs that are assigned by MCC Japan.
  8. Qualify quality inspector and calibrator by following TPA quality system in order to verify their capabilities.
  9. Support specific job related MFG-1 and or FAM activities
