Position Structure

Summary of Job Responsibility

Responsible to assisting Manufacturing 1 (TPA) Division Manager in Planning all TPA plant processing and technical improvement activities; executing and supervising Factory Manufacturing Plants with respect to TPA processing activities to ensure the achievement of production targets within quality standard of PTA required by the market and comply with Quality Management System and Environmental Management

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Provide recommendation to the Manufacturing Division Manager on matters pertaining to TPA-1 Plant (CTA-1 and PTA-1) and RS/RC unit  processing function.
  2. Establish and maintain Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for all activities in Process TPA-1 Section.
  3. Prepare and recommend TPA-1 Plant production plan and budget for Manufacturing Division Manager’s approval.
  4. Manage and control TPA-1 Plant operation to secure plant stable operation.
  5. Manage the preparation of raw materials requirements and ensure its availability to support TPA Plant operation.
  6. Monitor the product quality to ensure that product quality is within company standard.
  7. Ensure that TPA-1 Plant processes are highly reliable to support the achievement of efficient and effective operations and comply with QSHE Management system.
  8. Manage and promote safety activity in his/her section.
  9. Control cost effectiveness of TPA-1 Plant operation with respect to manufacturing process.
  10. Coordinate with the Mechanical and Electrical/Instrument Section Manager related to maintenance or repairmen of production facility, and plan for shut down.
  11. Coordinate regularly with related section manager on matters of product transfer and material requirement to facilitate manufacturing implementation.
  12. Managing of Raw Material Planning and Inventory control.
  13. Responsible for developing, designing, and implementation orientation program (coordinate with HR&PERS Section) for newly, hired personnel as well as training programs for others personnel under his/her charge.
  14. Perform performance appraisal of direct subordinates.
  15. Perform other task as assigned by Manufacturing Division Manager
