Summary of Job Responsibility
Establishing all policies in Factory, include but not limited to safety, health and environmental (SHE) and technical policies, systems and procedures.
Providing leadership and direction to ensure that the implementation of the total activities in Factory will support the attainment of the Company’s short and long term objectives
Optimizing productivity and performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage stable operations of factory in producing excellent quality of PTA & PET and at the same time ensuring that all activities in factory are conducted with high standard of management in safety, health, and environment and fully compliance with prevailing laws and regulations.
2. He/she is also responsible for all technical issues including Intelectual Property Rights, either accomplished by the Company or engineering contractors, and other support facilities.
3. Taking role as Chairman of SHE Commmittee, for directing and ensuring the implementation of SHE in the company to support the attainment of company objective
4. Taking role as Chairman of QSHE-En Management System, for ensuring the ongoing of QSHE-En management system are well maintained and effective to support overall company activities, and ensure its continuation improvement.
