Summary of Job Responsibility
The Purchasing Supervisor has primary responsibility to support Assistant Manager in supervision and execution procurement or purchase activity and program related purchase & procurement program in are of charge. This position is responsible to supervise operational activity suitable plan and budget related purchasing. The position will also make and give provide, practice, training and customer support function and supervise people activity in area responsibility. This position will support effectively and efficiency procurement & purchasing operational, improving in purchasing administration activity, supervise and to implement procurement & purchasing process and procedure for project and procurement activity responsibility.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage Procurement & purchasing activities base on purchasing management system, in order suitable purchasing operational effective and efficiency and procurement policy.
- Develop, implement and maintain purchasing administration system control, base on SOP and purchasing information system existing, in order suitable procurement plan and purchasing data validation.
- Monitoring and supervise on variety, quality and desired stock order of required order item in purchase order and documents.
- Supervise, coordinate and participate in special and schedule purchasing in purchasing data information and evaluation.
- Assist and support in supervise and monitor activities, base on plan and budget, in order suitable effectively and efficiency purchasing management system.
- Select, evaluate and negotiate activity of supplier and/ or subcontractor and place orders all things considered for our company based on Procurement Section Manager or Assistant Manager’s instructions.
- Select and find out supplier and/or subcontractor for quotation inquiry all things considered for our company based on Procurement Section Manager or Assistant Manager’s instructions.
- Make payment arrangement and plan based on each contract and request or negotiates with Accounting about a payment if needed.
- Insure purchase and/or work all things considered for our company by conferring with related section and superior.
- Control the delivery date by confirmation to supplier and/ or forwarder, besides, expedites as the need arises to receive the goods as contract. Make measures to prevent the delay of delivery if needed.
- Make monthly report to know the result of purchasing job by SOP System.
- Sale the scrap and company assets that were purchased by Procurement Section base on Procurement Section Manager or Assistant Manager Instructions.
- Report important jobs to Assistant Manager or Section Manager timely.
- Control and guide subordinate to execute and improve procurement jobs by On Job Training.
- Follow up and makes measure about claim and corrective action of supplier and/ or subcontractors to prevent suffering loss.
- Check and control the all purchasing document to do proper purchasing jobs.
- Confer, propose, persuade and/or guide the other section and/or division when the occasion demands regarding the important purchasing jobs for suitable Standard Quality Assurance and benefit of company.
- Perform jobs that were assigned by Procurement Section Manager.
- Supervise section safety organization and enhance safety activity according to section policy in order to achieve zero accident of section employee and supplier/ subcontractors.
- Control QSHE activity of section in order to achieve Quality, Environmental and safety target of company (check and control the all procurement documents).
- Play a fixed role on emergency according to factory’s integrated organization on emergency in order to take quick and suitable measures.
- Act as an effective leader or team member in supporting quality, disciplines, decision and practice.
- Support Assistant Section Manager to improve atmosphere and environment of work place by cooperating with related persons in order to create active, bright and discipline division.
- Support Assistant Section Manager by intimate communication with other section in order to manage division activity smoothly.
- Practice and socialization of Corporate Compliance in work life and environmental.
- Support make report summary of section current condition and achieve of target to Section Manager by periodical report etc, and ask instruction and advise in order to match section policy to division policy.
- Perform other jobs or special jobs (project) assigned by Section Manager.
