Summary of Job Responsibility
The Analyst has the primary responsibility for execute inspection and analysis job by using document analysis method according to QSHE management system. Maintain laboratory equipment for inspection and analysis job in order to keep the precision and accuracy. This position will execute effectively and efficiency quality analysis and inspection operational, execute improvement new analysis and inspection process or procedure for internal function and external relation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct the inspection and analysis job by using analytical instrument and analysis method in order to monitor plant condition and confirm raw material and product and perform/ bottle quality with inspection and analysis result.
- Make record and report of inspection result by fill in decided form according to Quality Management System procedure in order to hand down a quality record of inspection result.
- Maintain laboratory equipment by conducting daily maintenance activities in order to keep good condition of them.
- Carry out calibration for analysis by following the procedure in ISO 9001 standard in order to verify inspection and analysis result measure by the instrument.
- Assist Group Leader activities to keep stable operation in laboratory and achieve the annual section objective/ target.
- Improve working condition through company management system such as 5S, QCC, Kaizen teian and Hatto Hiyari.
- Assist Group Leader according to he instruction to keep stable section activities according to QSHE management system based on ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
- Keep rule and regulation established by the company and section according to QSHE management system in order to prevent an incident (quality, safety, human, equipment, environmental, etc.) in laboratory.
- Act as an effective team member in supporting quality, disciplines, decision and practice.
- Support Group Leader to improve atmosphere and environment of work place by cooperating with related person in order to create active, bright, and discipline division.
- Support Group Leader by intimate communication with other section in order to manage division activity smoothly.
- Practice of Corporate Compliance in work life and environmental
- Perform other special task as assigned by Group Leader.
