Position Structure

Summary of Job Responsibility

Responsible for managing and developing comprehensive Maintenance Planning, arrangement and coordination Reliability Section for periodical maintenance in short term (PM) and long term (SDM) to TPA Plants, PET Plant, UTT Plant, supporting equipment, and factory infrastructures to ensure the achievement of plant stable operations, efficiently and comply with QSHE-En Management System.

Approve evaluation result of equipment reliability

Approve maintenance Class Matrix  & Policy

Approve inspection item, method and period

4

Approve Record Equipment History

5

Approve PDM Planning, Execution and Recommendation

Approve Calibration Planning

7

Approve required item to be inspected & inspection sheet

8

Approve acceptance document before test run, overhaul report and test run result

9

Approve budget proposal of Life, FGM & PSDM budget

10

Approve work package & PR

11

Approve  Safety Stock  

12

Approve PR for spare part Common, Tools & Consumable materials

13

Approve purchasing request for spare part specific as per plant

14

Approve quotation from Suppliers of purchase spare part/materials/consumable materials as per plant spare part

15

Approve delivery order of spare parts/material/consumabel materials as per type of received material whether common/consumable material or specific

16

Approve Spare Part Report (receiving & withdrawal)

Approve stock taking report

18

Propose budget proposal to BOD & distribute overall approved budget  

19

Approve register budget to Finance

20

Approve expenses report in Monthly Basis (PSDM, Daily, Life, FGM) & present it to Top Management

Approve Planning & Scheduling of PdM

Approve  PdM checklist, issue work permit, execute & record PdM task  for Mechanical  Equipment

Approve PdM Report and send to MFG Division

Approve Compilation Report  (periodical table, PdM Record, Executed Project, Daily Finding etc.)  subject to periodical maintenance work/SDM

Approve PR for Periodical Maintenance  item needed

26

Approve updated periodical  table of equipment maintenance, record and updating equipment history

27

Approve final trouble follow up report and updating equipment history
