Position Structure

Summary of Job Responsibility

Responsible for supervising Utility operational activity and leading a group of Utility Operator to ensure the achievement of production targets within quality standard of Utility required by PTA Processing

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Provide inputs to Utility Supervisor on matters pertaining to daily, weekly and monthly utility processing activity.
  2. Provide inputs to next shift Utility Ass. SV on matters of previous and this shift’s operational topics.
  3. Execute the actual Utility Plant operation efficiently and safely under Utility Assistant Supervisor instruction in accordance with Standard Operation Procedure.
  4. Monitor Utility processing activities to ensure that its processing activities comply with operation target by monitoring DCS, conducting Field Patrol and comparing actual data with its standard. And if necessary, direct the corrective action.
  5. Monitor Utility product quality to ensure that its product quality is within standard by comparing product quality with the approved utility Manufacturing Standard. And if necessary, direct the corrective action according to Utility Manufacturing Standard.
  6. Follow ISO 9002 system to control and improve product quality effectively.
  7. Conduct the Emergency Treatment in case of Utility Plant trouble based on SOP. And settle the trouble according to superiors direction.
  8. Direct to prepare Assistant Supervisor Operational Report and necessary record as DCS Operation Data, Field Patrol Record, Patrol Check List, Analysis Record etc.
  9. Direct, coordinate and control the work of shift group to be conducted efficiently and safely according to the approved schedule and instruction from superiors.
  10. Coordinate and conduct the group activities (Kaizen,5S, Kiken-Yochi, Hatto-hyari and another activities setted as UTT sectional target) to improve the operation more efficient and safety.
  11. Recommend and execute improvement of the danger or unproper condition for work in the Utility Plant to establish safety circumstance.
  12. Monitor Environmental conditions to comply with its government regulation. And if necessary, take the corrective action according to Utility Assistant Manager’s direction.
  13. Direct to take samples for Labo analysis based on approved schedule.
  14. Supervise Technical guidance and supervise to lead subordinates for Utility Operator.
  15. Perform Performance Appraisal of his direct subordinates
  16. Instruct and educate Utility Operator to develop their ability and skill based on the approved training schedule and its necessity.
  17. Prepare attendance and leave schedule of shift group and control it with Utility Supervisor’s checking.
  18. Treat problems about Personnel and general affair in shift group with his superiors.
  19. Impriment effective interfacing among Utility Section especially among shift group. And perform the leadership among shift group.
  20. Perform special task as assigned by his superiors
