Summary of Job Responsibility
The Quality Inspection PET Supervisor has the primary responsibility for supervise in managing and controlling all quality inspection activities (Officer, Group Leader and Analyst) of production management related PET Process production in order to achieve the quality targets, according QSHE management system in Manufacturing 2 Division. This position is responsible manage to execute, monitor and control quality analysis and inspection operational related PET production. The position will also execute practice, training and customer support function. This position will execute create effectively and efficiency quality analysis and inspection operational, control and manage execute improvement quality production program, review and manage analysis and inspection process and procedure for internal function and external relation
Duties and Responsibilities
- Control inspection and analysis job of QI members by giving instruction and advise in order to control inspection jobs and perform them.
- Check inspection and analysis result measured by analysts in order to confirm the progress of schedule inspection and analysis items, and confirm the correctness of inspection and analysis result.
- Make the inspection and analysis result by following QSHE management system in order to get approval from QI/MTS Section Manager and inform the inspection result to the requester.
- Maintain laboratory equipment by following ISO 9001 standard for calibration and following operation manual of each equipment in order to perform inspection and analysis job under proper condition.
- Review unit activities periodically by making reports and material such as monthly report, annual report, safety meeting report, etc. in order to utilize result for feedback to QI/MTS Section or related section with Assistant Manager.
- Assist superior for treatment of customer and other section/ unit request such as analysis bottle for technical service, collecting data related customer complaint request, making technical meeting material, plan on special experiment, etc. in order to give technical recommendation customer or requester based on analysis result.
- Assist superior to maintain QSHE management system based on ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
- Arrange jobs which is needed cooperation with other sections by making request in order to perform inter-section job.
- Give internal training/ education to subordinate in order to keep their capabilities for chemical inspection/ analysis skill.
- Conduct special assignment instructed by Section Manager in order toachieve section and divisional objective and target.
- Keep rule and regulation established by the company and section according to QSHE management system in order to prevent an incident (quality, security, human, equipment, environmental, etc.) in laboratory.
- Play a fixed role on emergency according to factory’s integrated organization on emergency in order to take quick and suitable measures.
- Act as an effective team member in supporting quality, disciplines, decision and practice.
- Support Assistant Manager to improve atmosphere and environment of work place by cooperating with related person in order to create active, bright, and discipline division.
- Support Assistant Manager by intimate communication with other section in order to manage division activity smoothly.
- Report and inform the results, conditions and progress about all production activities to superior as soon as possible.
- Prepare the construction items for the improvement and repair of equipment at the manual shut down maintenance and arrange this schedule day by day.
- Practice and socialization of Corporate Compliance in work life and environmental.
- Perform other special task as assigned by Assistant Manager.
