Summary of Job Responsibility
Responsible for assisting Factory General Manager to make planning and control all coordination related to factory activities. and to ensure customer satisfaction; creating and maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work place, and a good environmental condition; and managing any technical improvement and change (additional and modification) of process and production facilities related to TPA and PET production.
This position is responsible also to manage and provide supervision in development and implementation of QSHE Management System, as Management Representative.
Responsible for assisting Factory General Manager to make planning and control all coordination related to factory activities. and to ensure customer satisfaction; creating and maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work place, and a good environmental condition; and managing any technical improvement and change (additional and modification) of process and production facilities related to TPA and PET production.
This position is responsible also to manage and provide supervision in development and implementation of QSHE Management System, as Management Representative.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide input to Factory General Manager on matters pertaining to planning and coordination activities.
2. Prepare and recommend Planning Coordination operational plans and budgets for Factory General Manager’s approval.
3. Manage and control the whole Technical Improvement activities including the investment, modification, cost reduction in Factory to comply with approve improvement plan.
4. Manage implementation of Quality, Occupational Safety and Health, and Environment Management System, as Management Representative, in order to achieve effective management system.
5. Ensure that all Division in Factory is operating efficiently and comply with QSHE Management System to enable safety and stable operation.
6. Ensure implementation of company’s general activities (Quality Control Circle, Responsible Care, 5S, TPM, etc), internal meeting (Technical Weekly Meeting, Monthly Budget Control Meeting, Internal Technical Conference, etc) and external audit (PROPER, Responsible Care, Insurance, etc) as per plan.
7. Developing and maintaining good relationships with other and among organization units in factory.
8. Ensure implementation of quality assurance activities to achieve customer satisfaction and review the result in order to know whether company has fulfilled customer requirement.
9. Manage and ensure implementation of annual quality, safety health and environmental program.
10. Lead emergency team in handling emergency situation in accordance with available emergency procedure in case of emergency.
11. Evaluate all risk related to TPA and PET production and company activities’ aspect and issue recommendation for improvement.
12. Ensure that all activities related to Quality, Safety, Health and Environment in factory comply with relevant law, regulation and standard.
13. Responsible for developing, designing, and implementation orientation program (coordinate with Personnel Section) for newly, hired personnel as well as training programs for others and personnel under his/her charge.
14. Chairs the section safety, health and environment committee and holds regular internal SHE meeting to achieve the safety in all activities, and responsible and accountable for the division’s safety performance.
15. Ensure that all activities related to the function comply with relevant acts, legal demands, ethical standards, and local requirements.
16. In charge of compliance promotion, education and consultation in own section base on company compliance guide book.
17. Control cost effectiveness of Planning and Coordination Division’s operation with respect to safety, health and environment activities.
18. Act as an effective leader or team member in supporting quality, disciplines, decision and practice.
19. Implement and monitor systemic and effective interfacing among all Planning and Coordination Division’s employees.
20. Supervisory responsibility, including development, hiring, firing and evaluation of subordinates.
21. Perform performance appraisal of direct subordinate.
