Summary of Job Responsibility

Responsible to develop, planning, managing and direct control all marketing-logistic & procurement activities and to ensure all  marketing strategic objective and operational plan are achieved and  conducted in accordance with the established QSHE management system and comply with all regulation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide strategic recommendation to President Director on pertaining matters to marketing-logistic & procurement policies, procedure, and objective.

2.             Assist President Director in the establishment marketing-logistic & procurement plan

3.             Prepare and recommend marketing-logistic & procurement operational plans and budgets for President Director approval.

4.             Direct and control the whole marketing & procurement activities.

5.             Ensure that all areas of Marketing Division are operating efficiently and comply with QSHE Management System to enable grow the business.

6.             Establish and controls necessary action for the achievement of sales volume.

7.             Ensure that all marketing strategic objective and process are conducted in accordance with the established safety and operation procedures.

8.             Review, evaluate and analyze strategic recommendations from all divisions and sections with respect to improvement of marketing system, coordinate technical study to achieve cost reduction.

9.             Identify, evaluate and analyze market situation and recommend action to improve them.

10.          Review target for procurement management activity in its charge by analyzing current condition in order to minimize total loss by Material, Packaging and Placement failure and achieve it

11.          Responsible for developing next leaders in Marketing & Procurement for business sustainability.

12.          Responsible for evaluate and improve the orientation programs (coordinate with HR&Pers section) for newly hired personnel as well as training programs for other personnel under his/her charge.

13.          Direct the preparation of reports and/or presentations on marketing & procurement activities, project President Director fully informed on all significant developments concerning marketing matters including daily output of sales volume.

14.          Maintain a professional and team like approach and relationship with other organizational units in factory.

15.          Perform performance appraisal of direct subordinates and review results of performance appraisal submitted by subordinates of their staff.

16.          Ensure that all activities related to the function comply with relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards.

17.          Perform other tasks as assigned by President Director.
