Position Structure

Summary of Job Responsibility

The Administration Clerk has the primary responsibility in execute administration and secretarial activity in Process PET. This position will execute create effectively and efficiency administration operational, execute improvement process administration and procedure to support the Process Section’s activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Checking all attendance of process section members and arrange documentation related to the matter such as annual leave, sudden leave and sick leave record.
  2. Arrange meal and transportation for all Process section members.
  3. Arrange medical cost reimbursement for all Process section members.
  4. Make monthly report on; Attendance record of all Process section members, Overtime man-hour of all Process Section members.
  5. Make quarterly report on; Attendance condition of all Process section members, recapitulation of purchase request of Process Section, Recapitulation of safety request of Process Section, Expense of Process Section, Business Trip expense of Process Sections.
  6. Prepare the materials of Monthly budget control meeting under Officer’s supervision.
  7. Arrange advance payment of business trip (domestic and/ or abroad) for all Process Section members, letters, application of business trip cost and reservation of ticket and accommodations.
  8. Support handling the documents sent from/ to the Process Section.
  9. Arrange, record and maintain filling system in the Process Section including ISO-9002 and ISO-14001 system.
  10. Arrange and maintain computer application soft files on ISO-9002 and ISO-14001 system.
  11. Arrange the special event such as Periodical communication meeting or party.
  12. Handle the matter such as mailing the letter and withdrawing money from account if the Process Section members request.
  13. Control the stock of stationeries in the Process Section.
  14. Control the Process and GA budget for the Process Section.
  15. Practice of Corporate Compliance in work life and environmental
  16. Perform other tasks such as typing document, assigned by Officer, Supervisor, Assistant Manager and Section Manager.
