Summary of Job Responsibility
The Quality Inspection PET Officer has the primary responsibility support QI Supervisor for monitoring, maintaining and controlling all quality inspection and laboratory activities of production management related PET Process production in order to achieve the quality targets, according QSHE management system in Manufacturing 2 Division. This position is responsible assist to execute, monitor and control maintain quality analysis activities and inspection operational related PET production. The position will also practice, training and customer support function. This position will give advise create effectively and efficiency quality analysis and inspection operational, control and monitor improvement quality production program, assist review and manage analysis and inspection process and procedure for internal function and external relation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain routine and non routine inspection and analysis in Quality Inspection Unit in order to perform jobs smoothly and effectively.
- Control and maintain analysis equipment and its spare part, chemical reagent that used for inspection, waste chemical disposal, consumable and safety material in order to keep good condition for inspection and analysis job.
- Control and manage of laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration which is done by analyst in order to keep equipment fit and accurate for inspection and analysis based on ISO 9001 standard.
- Manage document and record in QI unit based on QSHE management system in order to improve effectiveness of daily work.
- Make report and materials of unit activities to superior such as Product Quality and change label, product separation, product judgment committee meeting, special analysis, Hatto Hiyari, Kaizen Teian, safety observation, waste disposal, etc. in order to utilize feed back to QI/MTS Section and related section with QI Supervisor.
- Train and educate Group Leaders and Analyst in order to keep their ability for chemical inspection skill.
- Conduct special assignment instructed by Section Manager in order to achieve section and divisional objective and target.
- Keep rule and regulation established by the company and section according to QSHE management system in order to prevent an incident (quality, security, human, equipment, environment, etc.) in laboratory.
- Play a fixed role on emergency according to factory’s integrated organization on emergency in order to take quick and suitable measures.
- Act as an effective team member in supporting quality, disciplines, decision and practice.
- Support Supervisor to improve atmosphere and environment of work place by cooperating with related person in order to create active, bright, and discipline division.
- Support Supervisor by intimate communication with other section in order to manage division activity smoothly.
- Practice of Corporate Compliance in work life and environmental
- Perform other special task as assigned by Section Manager
