Summary of Job Responsibility
Responsible to assisting Assistant Section Manager for managing Plant Facilities management activities related to TPA plant processing activities; for reviewing and evaluating day to day factory production plan and activities with respect to CTA, PTA, UTT , Catalyst Unit and Product Warehouse processing activities to ensure the achievement of production targets within the required standard quality and comply to Quality Management System and Environmental Management System also in managing of Raw Material and unit consumption
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide inputs to Assistant Section Manager on matter pertaining to daily, weekly and monthly TPA plant processing activities and plant facilities management.
2. Monitor and Review PTA/ UTT plant operating condition to ensure processing activities are comply with operational target by analysis report from Shift Supervisor,SL ,GL, and related documents such as DCS Daily Report and Field Daily Operation Data, Trouble Report, etc;
3. Monitor product quality to ensure the product quality is within company standard quality by comparing product quality and the approved Process Manufacturing Standard. And if there is deviation or abnormal fluctuation to usual data has founded , to make and/or follow up proposal from Shift Supervisor/officer and provide suitable countermeasure proposed to Shift Supervisor by knowledge of Assistant Section Manager.
4. Monitor & review the day of day TPA / UTT plant process operational and Facilities management activities to ensure the compliance with Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
5. Check and/or make Monthly Production Report and Monthly Budget Control Meeting Material and make summary/ analysis on its report.
6. Check and/or make daily report on matter of TPA plant operation condition and production; and product quality and raw material and UTT consumption by compiling TPA operation data, TPA in inventory data and TPA process inspection report
7. Check and/or make CTA/PTA/UTT daily work instruction in order to keep smooth CTA/PTA/ UTT processing activities by referring to Shift Supervisor Report, Daily Meeting Memo, Daily Progress Facilities Trouble (DPFT) and Monthly Production Report.
8. Instruct and check plant flash report & trouble report when there is trouble, as plant history record and one of education material for operators by investigating the cause and countermeasure of the trouble and ensure that it is distributed and used for education
9. Assist and Substitute for Shift Supervisor absence in Shift group
10. Arrange and perform education or training of subordinates to develop subordinates ability by referring to annual education/ training and other training needs.
11. Perform performance appraisal of direct subordinates
12. Arrange and Control Plant Facilities management activities including arrangement of PSDM and or Special Plant activities related to Facilities Improvements ,optimizing and Technical study with acknowledgement of assistant Section Manager
