Summary of Job Responsibility

        The Technical PET Officer has the primary responsibility for assist and support Technical Supervisor in supervise, monitor and controlling all technical activity of production management related PET Process production in order to achieve the production targets and Standard ISO-9002 , ISO 14001 system in Manufacturing 2 Division. This position is responsible manage to analyze, monitor and control technical related PET process production. The position will also analyzing and monitoring practice, training and customer support function. This position will analysis and suggest create effectively and efficiency technical operational, control and monitor execute improvement technical production program, review and analyze technical production process and procedure for internal function and external relation

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Assist  Study and prepare the investment items which his superior instructions.
  2. Analyze and monitor technical support activity of production process related PET production process.
  3. Perform the investment items within the budget under the control of superior.
  4. Supervise and make the Technical Operation Standard (SOP)
  5. Analyze and monitor implementation OHSAS 1800 and Safety System in PET process production.
  6. Assist make Plan and Control implementation of ISO -9002 and ISO 14001 in process production.
  7. Make the operational standard (SOP) for the new regular work in order to perform it smoothly and safely, if necessary.
  8. Review and revise the existing SOP of regular works at least once a year according to our experiences and other requirement.
  9. Educate and train all operators about the regular work based on the annual training plan.
  10. Maintain the electrical and instrumental equipment day by day, based on the daily results of plant patrol to keep each equipment condition good.
  11. Check the equipment condition to find the abnormal equipment far from our operation standard. And request the related Section in Maintenance Division to investigate the cause and repair it.
  12. Maintain the control system in DCS and review the control system with Instrument Section Staff, when his superior asks him to improve it.
  13. Assist Technical Supervisor in preparing the annual shut down maintenance to perform it smoothly and safely. And check the progress of construction compared with the original schedule made by Maintenance Division, especially on the electrical and instrumental matters.
  14. Review and revise ISO 14001 system and all related documents according to result of audit etc.
  15. Make and prepare the new documents for ISO 14001system necessary.
  16. Conduct the internal audit of ISO -14001 as an auditor with Responsibility Care Promotion Division to improve our environmental management system.
  17. Control the environmental and responsible care matters in order to keep the government regulations and standard.
  18. Educate and train all staffs and operators about the environmental issues and ISO 14001 system according to the training plan of each year.
  19. Arrange the monitoring and analyzing schedule about environmental issues with Safety and Environmental issues with Safety and Environment Section and request the related section or the third party to analyze them according to this schedule.
  20. Check the environmental data compared with our standard, and suggest Technical Supervisor to improve them if we have abnormal data.
  21. make contact and arrange with responsibility Care Promotion to hold the meeting about the safety, environmental and/or security matter, if necessary.
  22. Report the results and inform the conditions and progress about his activities to his superior at least once everyday.
  23. Make contact with Logistic section and/or maintenance Division to arrange the meeting if necessary.
  24. Perform all activities about Safety, Security, Health, and Hygiene including 5S, Hatto Hiyari etc. And take the preventive measures for them.
  25. Supervise and control QSHE activity of section in order to achieve Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental target of company.
  26. Play a fixed role on emergency according to factory’s integrated organization on emergency in order to take quick and suitable measures.
  27. Act as an effective team member in supporting quality, disciplines, decision and practice.
  28. Support Technical Supervisor to improve atmosphere and environment of work place by cooperating with related person in order to create active, bright, and discipline division.
  29. Support Technical Supervisor by intimate communication with other section in order to manage division activity smoothly.
  30. Report and inform the results, conditions and progress about all production activities to superior as soon as possible.
  31. Prepare the construction items for the improvement and repair of equipment at the manual shut down maintenance and arrange this schedule day by day.
