Position Structure

Summary of Job Responsibility

The Building Maintenance Clerk has the primary responsibility to assisting General Service Supervisor in planning and execute implementation Building, Facilities and Equipment Maintenance activities such as Building & Office Equipment Condition Inspection, Planning & Schedule Maintenance, Building & Equipment repairing, Development & Renovation, Equipment replacement. Cleaning service, garden & plantation maintenance and safety. This position will support create effectively and efficiency maintenance operational, create improvement maintenance program and service, review and supervise process and procedure for internal function or external relation

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Support General Service Supervisor in planning and budget (Building and equipment/ facilities maintenance, Cleaning service, garden & plantation maintenance and building/facilities and equipment repair and replacement) base on General Service Strategic and section plan in order suitable company goal effectiveness.
  2. Execute, control and inspection in Maintenance activities such as Building, Facilities, Equipment, Garden and Plantation, and safety activities base on planning and budget, in order suitable effective company’s operation.
  3. Execute and implement of SOP base on General Service management system, suitable company policy.
  4. Execute General Service information system and implementation in Maintenance base on SAP management information system suitable General Affair Policy and company goal effectiveness.
  5. Make maintenance planning/ schedule base on maintenance management system, in order suitable company objective.
  6. Coordinate with Maintenance Division related Building, facilities and equipment maintenance operation, in order suitable management operational effectively and efficiency.
  7. Participate on selection the third party related maintenance, repair and replacement or renovation and development of building, facilities and equipment base on plan and budget in order suitable company objective.
  8. Participate on selection material specification or requirement.
  9. Supervise and control cleaning service and garden/ plantation maintenance activities base on schedule activities in order suitable General service Strategic.
  10. Conduct and control safety activities related building and equipment maintenance, base on QSHE Management system, in order suitable company objective.
  11. Making daily, monthly and periodical maintenance check list and report base on Maintenance management system, in order suitable general service strategic.
  12. Assist in making monthly Budget report base on annual budget plan and program, in order suitable effectively and efficiency maintenance management and company objective.
  13. Assist evaluate and analyze maintenance need and operation base on maintenance data and current condition in order suitable company objective.
  14. Execute the administration activities in updating maintenance record and filling arrangement to ensure and get an accuracy data base on filing system standard in order suitable maintenance management operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  15. Assist and control of supplier/ provider activities and perform related maintenance base on SOP and company policy, in order suitable standard requirement and QSHE management system.
  16. Execute implementation of General Affair Policy.
  17. Handling costumer need and information (internal or external company) related Office Support by meeting with customer, treatment of costumer information/ complaint, customer satisfaction measurement.
  18. Conduct and participate in section safety organization and enhance safety activity according to section policy in order to achieve zero accident of section employee and supplier/ subcontractors.
  19. Execute implementation of  QSHE system in General Affair management activities, base on company policy in QSHE Management System in order suitable Standard  Quality Management.
  20. Execute and participate 5S activity of section in order to achieve Quality, Environmental and safety target of company.
  21. Execute QSHE activity of section in order to achieve Quality, Environmental and safety target of company (check and control the all administration documents).
  22. Act as an effective team member in supporting quality, disciplines, decision and practice.
  23. Support Supervisor to improve atmosphere and environment of work place by cooperating with related persons in order to create active, bright and discipline division.
  24. Support Supervisor by intimate communication with other section in order manage section activity smoothly.
  25. Support General Service Officer in waste selling execution.
  26. Make activities monthly report, base on actual activities and plan or budget.
  27. Practice of Corporate Compliance in work life and environmental.
  28. Perform other jobs or special assigned by Supervisor and Section Manager
