Summary of Job Responsibility

The Process PET Officer has the primary responsibility for support supervisor in analysis, planning, monitoring and control all operations of production management related PET Process production in order to achieve the production targets and control ISO-9002 and ISO 14001 system in Manufacturing 2 Division. This position is responsible analysis to planning, monitor and control operational related PET process production. The position will also execute practice, training and customer support function. This position will create suggest effectively and efficiency process operational, control and planning improvement process production program, review and analysis production process and procedure for internal function and external relation

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Perform the safe and stable process operation without equipment and quality troubles.
  2. Control the PET quality based on ISO-9002 system
  3. Check the daily record about the quality data and the process data day by day in comparison with the operation standard scope in order to keep the good quality.
  4. Analyze the abnormal data on PET quality and/or process to investigate its cause, and prepare the countermeasures to prevent the process and/or quality trouble.
  5. Make and prepare the instruction manuals about process operation and/or PET quality to keep the good quality. And suggest these manuals to Process Supervisor.
  6. Prepare the special analysis plan if necessary, and request QA Section to analyze the special items and also request Logistics Section to take the samples to keep and improve the quality.
  7. Review and revise the existing process control scope of each item at least once a year according to our experiences, customer\\\\\\\\'s information and other requirement.
  8. Study the technical matters about process and PET quality to improve them, and then perform the improvement of the process and quality under the control of Process Supervisor.
  9. Maintain the mechanical equipment and the civil facilities day by day, based on the daily plant patrol results to keep each equipment\\\\\\\\'s running condition good.
  10. Maintain the mechanical equipment and the civil facilities compared with our standard scope. An ask the related Section in Maintenance Division to investigate the cause and repair it.
  11. Study the cause of equipment troubles and take permanent countermeasures to them in cooperation with Maintenance Division.
  12. Study the case of operational troubles and take permanent countermeasures to them in order not to repeat.
  13. Educate and train all operators about the mechanical equipment and the quality control according to the training plan of each year.
  14. Support Process Supervisor in preparing the annual shut down maintenance to perform it smoothly and safely. And check the progress of the construction compared with the original schedule made by Maintenance Division, especially on the mechanical and civil matters at this annual shut down maintenance.
  15. Report and inform the results, the conditions and progress about his activities to his superior at least once a week.
  16. Make contact with QA Section and/or Maintenance Division to arrange the meeting, if necessary.
  17. Perform all activities about Safety, Security, Health, and Hygiene including 5S, Hatto Hiyari etc. And take the preventive measures for them.
  18. Supervise and control QSHE activity of section in order to achieve Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental target of company.
  19. Play a fixed role on emergency according to factory\\\\\\\\'s integrated organization on emergency in order to take quick and suitable measures.
  20. Act as an effective team member in supporting quality, disciplines, decision and practice.
  21. Support Assistant Manager to improve atmosphere and environment of work place by cooperating with related person in order to create active, bright, and discipline division.
  22. Support Assistant Manager by intimate communication with other section in order to manage division activity smoothly.
  23. Prepare the construction items for the improvement and repair of equipment at the manual shut down maintenance and arrange this schedule day by day.
