Position Structure

Summary of Job Responsibility

        The Technical PET Supervisor has the primary responsibility for supervise in managing and controlling all technical activity of production management related PET Process production in order to achieve the production targets and Standard ISO-9002 , ISO 14001 system in Manufacturing 2 Division. This position is responsible manage to execute, monitor and control technical related PET process production. The position will also execute practice, training and customer support function. This position will execute create effectively and efficiency technical operational, control and manage execute improvement technical production program, review and manage technical production process and procedure for internal function and external relation

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Study and prepare the investment items which his superior instructions.
  2. Supervise and control technical support activity of production process related PET production process.
  3. Perform the investment items within the budget under the control of superior.
  4. Supervise and make the Technical Operation Standard (SOP)
  5. Supervise and control implementation OHSAS 1800 and Safety System in PET process production.
  6. Make Plan and Control implementation of ISO -9002 and ISO 14001 in process production.
  7. Make plan and supervise coordination activities with cross section related technical in process production.
  8. Make plan and supervise technical program with Maintenance Division and Technical Coordination Section.
  9. Control program and activities of equipment and facilities maintenance related PET Process Production.
  10. Prepare and supervise in annual shut down maintenance to perform it smoothly and safely.
  11. Control and ensure safe and stable process operation in order suitable achieve process production target and cost reduction perform.
  12. Analyze and handling technical problem and troubleshooting.
  13. Educate and train all operators about the SOP and the safety matters etc, according to the education and training plan of each year.
  14. Review and revise ISO-9002 system and all documents according to the results of audit etc.
  15. Make and prepare the new documents for ISO-9002 system if necessary.
  16. Educate and train all officer and operators about ISO-9002 system according the training plan of each year.
  17. Study the technical matters about the plant operation and equipment and take the permanent countermeasures to improve them.
  18. Perform the personal management of operators and support Assistant Manager in the control of the work schedule, work hour and leaves.
  19. Perform all activities about Safety, Security, Health, and Hygiene including 5S, Hatto Hiyari etc. And take the preventive measures for them.
  20. Supervise and control QSHE activity of section in order to achieve Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental target of company.
  21. Play a fixed role on emergency according to factory’s integrated organization on emergency in order to take quick and suitable measures.
  22. Act as an effective team member in supporting quality, disciplines, decision and practice.
  23. Support Assistant Manager to improve atmosphere and environment of work place by cooperating with related person in order to create active, bright, and discipline division.
  24. Support Assistant Manager by intimate communication with other section in order to manage division activity smoothly.
  25. Report and inform the results, conditions and progress about all production activities to superior as soon as possible.
  26. Prepare the construction items for the improvement and repair of equipment at the manual shut down maintenance and arrange this schedule day by day.
  27. Practice and socialization of Corporate Compliance in work life and environmental.
  28. Perform other special task as assigned by Section Manager
