Summary of Job Responsibility
The CSR (corporate social responsibility) and Public Communication Supervisor has the primary responsibility to assisting Legal & General Affairs Section Manager in public communication activities such as informing the general public, interest groups and stockholders of the Company’s policy and activities, the Company’s management aware of public attitudes and concern of the many groups and organizations with which the company must deal. The Public include community & society, media, government, police officers etc. This position will support the Public Relation & CSR operational effectively and efficiently, create improvement in Public Relation’s program and services, review and supervise the operations and procedure both for internal function and external relation

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support General Affairs & Legal Section Manager and as Management representative By deliberate, planned and sustained effort to establish and maintain mutual understanding between the company and publics based in accordance with on company objective and policy.
- Assist the General Affairs & Legal Section manager in all aspect pertaining to the Public Relations & corporate social responsible functions to understand the attitudes and concerns of community, employees and publics.
- Improve external communications of company by establish and maintain cooperative and positive relationships with representative of community, media and public interest groups.
- Arrange and conduct program for contact between company and the community. By do research, survey, evaluation, prepare materials, response to inquiries and other arrangements to determine needs of community.
- Represent the company at community projects; make other visual presentations at meeting, plan conventions and responsible for preparing annual reports and proposal for various projects.
- Works closely with the General Affairs & Legal Section Manager/assistant to develop an annual plan, objective and activities for community relations based on the Company’s goal and objective.
- Keep informed the Company Management with local development and surrounding activities issues through making short information and monthly report to General Affairs & Legal Section Manager / Administration Director.
- If necessary write and prepare speeches for Company management and perform other duties as assigned by General Affair & Legal Section Manager
- Prepare press release if necessary and contact people in the media who might print or broadcast their material such as health, community program, plant project or the environment based on company plan and strategic
- Provide inputs and recommendation to the General Affairs & Legal Section Manager pertaining to Community & society issues and prepare clipping of newspaper and magazine articles related with Company, Communities & Society
- Monitor and participate 5S activity of section in order to achieve Quality, Environmental and safety target of company
- Active and participate in QSHE activity of section in order to achieve Quality, Environmental and safety target of company.
- Active in emergency role according to factory’s integrated emergency organization to support plant safe and stable operation
- Support Section Manager by communication with other section in order to keep section activity smoothly.
- Prepare activity monthly report, to assure all operation under control and accordance with plan activities
- Involve in Corporate Compliance program in all aspect related with General Affairs works and environmental
- Assist Section Manager in caching the section target by actively makes report of current section conditions, achievement etc. daily and periodically and ask instruction or advices to matching the section achievement toward division objectives
- Attends conferences and workshops which relate to duties as authorized or recommended by General Affairs Section Manager or Administration Division Manager based on company policy in order suitable company objective.
- Perform other jobs or special assigned by Section Manager
