Summary of Job Responsibility
The Process PET Supervisor has the primary responsibility for supervise in managing and controlling all operations of production management related PET Process production in order to achieve the production targets and control ISO-9002 and ISO 14001 system in Manufacturing 2 Division. This position is responsible manage to execute, monitor and control operational related PET process production. The position will also execute practice, training and customer support function. This position will execute create effectively and efficiency process operational, control and manage execute improvement process production program, review and manage production process and procedure for internal function and external relation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare the production budget of each ear considering our experiences and cost reduction etc. in order to prospect our business situation and create our targets.
- Prepare and perform the monthly production plan according to the sales amount and the inventory balance.
- Make the monthly production report and the weekly report to confirm the production condition and inform JHO of them.
- Analyze the unit consumption of each material compare with the budget data and investigate the cause of the difference between them, and take countermeasures if necessary.
- Check the daily records for the operation day by day compared with the operation scope to keep the safe and stable plant operation.
- Prepare the instruction manuals for the daily operation and give Group Leader these instructions to perform in order to keep the safe and stable plant operation.
- Supervise Group Leader and their works including the safety matters according to the operational standard (SOP) and the company regulations etc.
- Control all operations for the production activity, following the SOP, ISO-9002 system and ISO-14001 system.
- Make the new SOP when we need it to keep the good operation.
- Review and revise the existing SOP at leas once a year, according to our experiences customer information etc.
- Educate and train all operators about the SOP and the safety matters etc, according to the education and training plan of each year.
- Review and revise ISO-9002 system and all documents according to the results of audit etc.
- Make and prepare the new documents for ISO-9002 system if necessary.
- Conduct the internal audit of ISO 9002 as an auditor with QA Section to improve our quality control system.
- Educate and train all officer and operators about ISO-9002 system according the training plan of each year.
- Study the technical matters about the plant operation and equipment and take the permanent countermeasures to improve them.
- Study and take countermeasures to reduce the NCPR products in cooperation with QA (PET) Section.
- Perform the personal management of operators and support Assistant Manager in the control of the work schedule, work hour and leaves.
- Perform all activities about Safety, Security, Health, and Hygiene including 5S, Hatto Hiyari etc. And take the preventive measures for them.
- Supervise and control QSHE activity of section in order to achieve Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental target of company.
- Play a fixed role on emergency according to factory’s integrated organization on emergency in order to take quick and suitable measures.
- Act as an effective team member in supporting quality, disciplines, decision and practice.
- Support Assistant Manager to improve atmosphere and environment of work place by cooperating with related person in order to create active, bright, and discipline division.
- Support Assistant Manager by intimate communication with other section in order to manage division activity smoothly.
- Report and inform the results, conditions and progress about all production activities to superior as soon as possible.
- Prepare the construction items for the improvement and repair of equipment at the manual shut down maintenance and arrange this schedule day by day.
- Practice and socialization of Corporate Compliance in work life and environmental.
