Summary of Job Responsibility
In order to ensure the smooth operation of business, and to control funds, under the
Finance & Treasury Supervisor, Finance & Treasury Senior Clerk administers (i)
operating funds (ii) account receivables, account payables and other payables, (iii) loans
in compliance with company’s policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining the balance of deposit in bank accounts and time deposit in banks, in order to secure company’s assets by reconciling the data in SAP R/3 with the statements/ information from banks every day.
- Reporting the balance of deposit in bank accounts and time deposit in banks to Finance & Treasury SPV every day, and obtaining the confirmation of Finance & Treasury SPV before the closing of business operation every day.
- Handling the petty cash work, checking the balance, reporting the balance, recording the petty cash box.
- Preparing the report of the balance of petty cash, deposit in bank accounts and time deposit in banks every end of month, and submitting it to Finance & Treasury SPV.
- After Tax & Accounting Manager sign, processing the payment voucher in order to disburse money on the payment date according to the company’s policies
- checking payment conditions (amount, due date, etc.)
- deciding payment method (bank remittance, petty cash, check)
- selecting paying bank account
- arranging funds (transferring money, making foreign exchange transaction)
- preparing cash or banking computer system or check or giro
- preparing payment list
- Submitting all payment documents to Finance & Treasury SPV then to Finance & Treasury Manager in checking them.
- After Finance & Treasury SPV approves all payment documentation, submitting them to Finance & Treasury Manager and Finance Division Manager in authorizing them.
- After Finance Division Manager or Finance Director authorizes the payment, executing the payment, then filling all of the payment documentation.
- After payment, entering the data into SAP R/3.
- Assisting Finance & Treasury SPV in preparing the payment schedule list for controlling funds management, in short term range and middle term range (short-term: 1-month, middle term: 1-year), and maintaining such list in order not to forget the payment.
- Confirming the collection of money from customers or debtors by getting information from banks, and then informing Finance & Treasury SPV, Finance & Treasury Manager, and Marketing division regarding account receivable and the money collection.
- Preparing list of account receivable under supervision of Finance & Treasury SPV.
- Assisting Finance & Treasury SPV in making time deposit at banks in order to make the best use of funds subject to the approval of Finance & Treasury SPV or Finance & Treasury Manager, to be approved by Finance Division Manager or Finance Director.
- Assisting Finance & Treasury SPV in checking the account payable and other payable balance and line item in SAP R/3 every month.
- Assisting Finance & Treasury SPV in administering the work relating to loans.

- Assisting Finance & Treasury SPV in administering the work relating to interest rate swap transaction with banks.
- Checking the balance of assigned chart of account every month, in order to ensure the accuracy by preparing the check and reconciliation list of such account, and circulating them to Finance & Treasury Manager every month, subject to Finance & Treasury SPV approval.
- Preparing the supporting documents for semi-annual and annual settlement, subject to Finance & Treasury SPV approval, and submitting them through Tax & Accounting SPV to certified public accountant in performing Audit.
- Assisting certified public accountant in performing audit fieldwork.
- Ensuring that all activities related to the function of Finance are complied with relevant Acts and legal demands and ethical standards by consulting with superior and Authorities.
- Keeping Finance & Treasury SPV fully informed of all significant matters regarding the function of Finance.
- Preparing the operational manual for own work.
- Proposing an effective system of treasury work.
- Maintaining good and systematic filling of treasury record and documents including supporting documents.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by Finance Division Manager and/ or Finance & Treasury Manager and/or Finance & Treasury SPV.
