Summary of Job Responsibility
The Building & Equipment Supervisor has the primary responsibility to assisting General Affair & Legal Section Manager in planning and supervision implementation Building Maintenance & Equipment activities such as building and office equipment support & maintenance, office supply & service, Receptiont & GM secretary in General Affair & Legal Section Responsibility. This position will support the operational of Maintenance & Equipment function effective and efficient, create improvement program and activities by review and supervise process, procedure and result of services

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support General Affair & Legal Section Manager in preparing activity plan and budget in scope of building and office equipment maintenance, office supply, communication, secretarial/administration based on Section strategic and objective to make all programs suitable with company goal effectively.
- Manage, supervise and monitor activities in Building Maintenance & Equipment Function based on plan and budget, to make all activities support the company’s operation.
- Execute, monitoring and evaluate the implementation of Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) in Building Maintenance & Equipment accordance with company target and policy.
- Supervise and monitor Building Maintenance & Service administration and expenditures in scope of Building Maintenance , Equipment & Service function including electricity, water, rentals, newspaper/magazine subscriptions and other expenses to ensure all expenditures are effective and controllable.
- Supervise and control Building Maintenance & Office supply , communication administration activities, updating records and manage filling arrangement to easy retrieve and get accurate information to assure the General Affairs operation is effective and efficient.
- Supervise and control selection of supplier/ provider and sub-contractor related with Building Maintenance, Equipment & Office Supply activities based on SOP and company policy, to assure the selection is suitable with standard requirement and procurement management system.
- Execute, Supervise and monitor the implementation of General Affairs Policy.
- Monitor, supervise and check purchasing goods and each contract document to secure the company operation.
- Organized costumer needs and information related with Building Maintenance & Equipment Function (building and office equipment maintenance, secretarial/administration, etc.) by periodical meeting with customer to achieve good services oriented.
- Supervise and monitoring utilization of maintenance of office equipment such as photocopy machine, facsimile and telephone/billing system to ensure their utilization are effective and efficience by conduct periodical maintenance.
- Supervise and control company fixed asset such as building facilities, office equipment, etc. by recording the purchasing data and conduct periodical check or inspection to ensure the company properties are fully managed
- Responsible to develop subordinate’s skill & knowledge by conduct training, mentoring and guiding subordinates to obtain subordinates job improvement .
- To supervise section’s safety activity and enhance subordinates safety attitudes according to section policy in order to achieve zero accident of section employee and supplier/ subcontractors.
- Supervise implementation of QSHE Management System in General Affairs activities in order to achieve suitable Standard of Quality Management.
- Monitor and participate 5S activity of section in order to achieve Quality, Environmental and safety target of company.
- Active in emergency role according to factory’s integrated emergency organization to support plant safe and stable operation.
- Act as an effective leader or team member in supporting quality, disciplines, decision and practice.
- Support Section Manager to improve atmosphere and environment of work place by cooperating with related persons in order to create active, bright and discipline section.
- Support Section Manager by intimate communication with other section in order to keep Section activity smoothly.
- Prepare activity monthly report, to assure all operation under control and accordance with plan activities.
- Socialization and involve in Corporate Compliance program in all aspect related with General Affairs works and environmental.
- Assist Section Manager in caching the section target by actively makes report of current section conditions, achievement etc. daily and periodically and ask instruction or advices to matching the section achievement toward division objectives.
