Summary of Job Responsibility
The Logistic Section Clerk has the primary responsibility support make document and execute administration activities and daily checking. This position is responsible checking daily routine jobs of operation in FAM, distribution finished product and receiving packing material and raw material and other related to Logistic Activities, to accomplish Logistic performance under supervision by confirming delivery order, purchasing order and other order and report to superior. This position will prepare document Logistic routine document assigned by superior to support superior’s jobs by checking actual result of Logistic works and/ or documents.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Check quantities, quality and destination of delivery product to avoid miss-distribution by checking SII reports and delivery order.
- Check quantities and quality of packing material and raw material from supplier with purchasing order trough SII report and check consumption result to maintain stock correctly.
- Make packing material and raw material balance to issue purchasing request to Raw Material Section in JHO for superior as assist superior jobs.
- Make PTA balance and bulk balance under the supervision of superior by checking result of production and delivery to support superior jobs.
- Prepare delivery order and/ or other related to Logistic job to assist superior issuing finally.
- Request Certificate of analysis product to Quality Assurance Section to delivery it to Customer.
- Make Stock condition report of each warehouse to ensure storage properly by checking SII report, delivery report from sub-contractor and Product Inspection issued by Quality Assurance Section as assist superior job.
- Make damage F/C Bag list to classify into R00, R99, R01 by checking SII report and report from sub-contractor.
- Support to make monthly report for superior to prepare adequate data and documents.
- Make documents related to administration activities under supervision of superior.
- Prepare and make ISO 9002 document, base on ISO management system.
- Input Logistic data into SAP system and SD system as assist superior.
- Make ‘SURAT JALAN’ by checking delivery quantities, on product and destination, with delivery order and product inspection to assist superior instruction.
- Execute secretary job for Logistic Section Manager as for secretary.
- Practice of Corporate Compliance in work life and environmental.
- Perform other special task as assigned by Section Manager
