Summary of Job Responsibility
The Safety, Health and Environment Operator has the primary responsibility to inspect emergency equipment and other equipment to make sure the readiness, act as core fire fighter and first aider during emergency situation, and support their superior in environmental activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
1) Is responsible for his or her own and other employees safety and health
2) Control safety of his or her works and areas
3) Proactively involve in safety & health programs, and give suggestion to improve any safety & health aspects
4) Conduct routine inspection and prepare all safety and fire fighting equipment in order to be ready to use base on inspection schedule, and repair it whenever possible.
5) Conduct other equipment inspection such as vehicle, heavy equipment, scaffolding, special tools/equipment, etc.
6) Support for measuring of environmental matters such as noise, ambient air, emission, etc., and in waste management activities such as waste disposal.
7) Conduct regular patrol to factory area to know the unsafe condition an unsafe action that might be dangerous to human or environment or property damage, and make correction whenever necessary.
8) Act as fire fighter and rescue team, and first aider team during emergency situation (fire/ explosion, leakage) in factory area in accordance with available emergency procedure.
9) Support safety training, safety induction and emergency drill at all sections.
10) Implement company program activities such as Kaizen Teian, Hatto Hiyari, Quality Control Circle, Safety meeting, 5S and other activities set as annual target to improve safety performance.
11) Perform other task as assigned by SHE Group Leader / SHE Supervisor.
