Summary of Job Responsibility
Clinic Nurse has the primary responsibility to assisting doctor in execute and assisting of medical handle activities in company clinic and medical program. This position will support create clinic operational effectively and efficiency , create improvement medical and health & hygiene program activities and service, practice Industrial health & hygiene and emergency process and procedure for internal function or external relation
Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean Up and tidy-up medic equipment such as diagnostic set, emergency instrument set, stethoscope, blood pressure ect, and prepare it ready for use everyday.
- Assist a doctor when examine a patient and serve the doctor necessity such as medicines and also assist to take care emergency cases based on emergency procedure and emergency situation, in order suitable medical procedure and ethic of medical handling.
- Arrange a medical referral system to specialist doctor, outside clinic, laboratory, pharmacy hospital and other health institution such a Puskesmas and Health Department, based on medical case and instruction. In order suitable clinic or medical SOP and company policy.
- Make reporting and recording a description of the illness to health department monthly, based on employee illness data or general medical record, in order suitable government health regulation and program.
- Arrange the implementation of medical check-up for employees and medical test for candidates of employee relating with schedule preparation before check-up to contact to the laboratory and after check-up to take care result of medical check up, based on medical plan and order from personnel section, In order suitable Company Health & Hygiene Policy and program.
- Assist a doctor to check-up to canteen relating with hygiene and nutrition and hygiene sanitation of FAM area daily, weekly and monthly, based on Health Planning and Procedure, In order suitable standard of Food Hygiene and Nutrition.
- Make report and record or entry data of Employee Sick leave per day and month for information to Personnel & Security Section related attendant data and employee health condition.
- Make medical record and filling employee health data, suitable medical filling system.
- Make reporting and recording of patients who visit to clinic daily, weekly and monthly, base on doctor shift information and report.
- Make reporting and recording of Health and Hygiene activities and condition daily, weekly and monthly, based on Health and hygiene inspection report.
- Handle a medical emergency in accident if a doctor not standby, based on situation or condition, suitable emergency and medical procedure, before contact external emergency institution and hospital.
- Make report pharmacy stock and using pharmacy realization per month based on SOP, in order suitable medical plan and budget.
- Control and monitoring Fogging and Pest control activities period in MCCI and MFI area, based on plan and schedule, in order suitable standard environmental hygiene factors.
- Make purchase and recap purchase order of pharmacy and medical equipment, based on medical needs and budget plan, suitable SOP and medical policy.
- Checking of medical data record for employee, company and external institution, based on company interest and procedure, in order suitable Medical SOP and company policy.
- Act as an effective team member in supporting quality, disciplines, decision and practice.
- Execute improve atmosphere and environment of work place by cooperating with related persons in order to create active, bright and discipline division.
- Maintain intimate communication with other section in order manage division activity smoothly.
- Practice of Corporate Compliance in work life and environmental
- Perform other task assigned by Doctor Company or Shift Doctor.
